The main objectives of our project is to influence the shaping of framework conditions for the further development of the social sector in Europe.

The DPs want to realize this aim, focusing on:

  1. comparative analysis of social sector from several points of view (legal frameworks policies adopted – labor market - educational needs and vocational competences) in the three nations to identify both strengths and weaknesses in every model and points of difference and points of similarity among the three models. Such analysis should not result only in better understanding of social sector in each country but will be used to affect the national environment around social businesses and particularly to influence the key policy makers to improve it.
  2. identification of key competences and qualifications of employees in the social sector. Our objective will be analyze the key competences and qualities of the workforce to have a better understanding of what should be the requirements towards individual in order to achieve the better outcome. The result of the mentioned analysis will be used to achieve the objective number 3.
  3. comparing the methodologies, tools and methods in own national project to develop and improve behavioral and social competences to identify a common methodology to develop the methods, techniques, tools for diagnostic and designing individual development plan, guidelines how the individual businesses could use and manage employees' key competences, development of training scheme for the workforce in social sector based on the definition of key competencies etc.
