Objective:
The project is organised into 7 Workpackages, each one with its own lead-partner, co-partners, allocation of effort, time-frame and deliverables.This method of organising the work is chosen to ensure clear definition of tasks, to allow for coherent planning and implementation of the work, and to enable precise follow-up of all tasks.
